Community Briefing: Phase II Findings for Veterans Coordinated Care
Join our virtual community briefing to learn about insights and recommendations from Phase II findings for Veterans Coordinated Care
The New Mexico Legislature funded the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) over two phases to assess the state's current veteran services landscape and design a coordinated care network.
- Phase I (2022-2023): IVMF assessed New Mexico's current provider landscape. Findings showed strong support among veteran-serving organizations for a statewide network, but questions remained on what coordinated care would look like across the state. Our full Phase I report can be found here.
- Phase II (Current): Input was gathered from stakeholders to inform the design and rollout of the network.
Now, we’re excited to share what we learned in Phase II, and what comes next.
