Center for Visual Art is the off-campus contemporary art center for Metropolitan State University of Denver. CVA provides a year-round schedule of bold, contemporary exhibitions of both local significance and international reach, education programming open to the community and immersive workforce development for students in creative fields.

Join us for a mini exhibition tour and conversational artist talks with lithographers Paul Acevedo Gomez, Celina Jara Tovar, and Emily Moyer. We will wrap up with process highlights from each artist and a live stone-lithography printing demo with Paul Acevedo Gomez.When registering to attend, we suggest making a $10 donation to help support the event.This event is hosted in conjunction with the <a href="https://www.msudenver.edu/cva/exhibitions/archive/futures-528-0/" title="https://www.msudenver.edu/cva/exhibitions/archive/futures-528-0/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Futures: 528.0 Regional Printmaking Exhibition</a> on view through March 21 at the Center for Visual Art. The exhibition features artists residing within a 528.0-mile radius of Denver, Colorado. This juried exhibition seeks to celebrate the expansive diversity of contemporary printmaking found within this western region and aims to highlight both traditional and alternative printmaking methods being used in the field of contemporary printmaking. It is presented in partnership with Denver’s <a href="https://www.moprint.org/" title="https://www.moprint.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Month of Printmaking</a>.
