Join us for an interactive and fun charcuterie board-building experience at The Grazing Room! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, this hands-on workshop will teach you everything you need to know to create your very own stunning charcuterie masterpiece. Singles and Groups are welcome!

In this 1.5-hour class, each pair or individual guest will receive all the ingredients necessary to build a beautiful charcuterie board. Dana of Boards by Dana/The Grazing Room will guide you through expert techniques on how to expertly cut, style, and arrange the ingredients for maximum impact. We’ll also dive into ingredient selection, board balance, perfect pairings, and helpful tips to elevate your presentation.

By the end of the class, you'll have a gorgeous charcuterie board to take home (and enjoy, of course), along with new skills to impress your friends and family at your next gathering!
