On Friday, February 20, 2025, guests are invited to enjoy a multi-course chef-driven dinner designed to be savored course by course in a warm, romantic setting. Each dish highlights seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and comforting winter flavors, perfect for a February night out.

Cauliflower purée, finished with a drizzle of truffle oil

Arugula Salad paired with Château Maris Orange Wine
