Where is the best place for guest to park for the event?

Accepted Answer

The best option is lot NC99, across from the building where we will meet, next to the parking structure. Guests can pay for parking by downloading the “Passport Parking” app to their smart phone and using zone 8636, or by paying at the meter. The cost will be ~$2.50/hour.

Question 2

What if the parking lot NC99 is full?

Accepted Answer

If all 52 guest spaces are taken in lot NC99, take the driving path south of the “Institute for Healthcare Policy” (building 16) to lot NC 105, where there are 23 guest spaces. Use the same parking app with zone 8636 or pay at the meter.

Question 3

Is there free parking available for guest not affiliated with University of Michigan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, other options are to park at Plymouth Mall (2793 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 481050)  or at McDonald's  (2675 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105)  across the street.

Question 4

Is there free parking available for University of Michigan staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes, You can also park in the free Park & Ride lot at the Plymouth Rd/US-23 interchange and take the free shuttle to the North Campus Research Complex, which runs about every 15 minutes during the day (make sure you get on the U-M bus and not the AATA).
