Join us for an evening where traditional Irish flavors meet modern culinary technique. This isn't just a dinner; it’s an interactive journey designed to sharpen your skills and bring a touch of the Emerald Isle to your home kitchen.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a signature Irish-themed snack and a crisp glass of champagne. Throughout the evening, our chef will provide hands-on lessons and share professional tips and tricks, covering the essential things you need to know to improve your cooking. You will be guided through three distinct demonstrations and lessons focusing on the techniques that define the region’s best dishes.

After the work is done, sit down to taste what you have made, accompanied by your choice of red or white wine. For those who wish to keep the spirit of the evening going, additional glasses of wine will be available for purchase to enjoy then, and full bottles of our featured selections will be available to take home.

Tickets purchased will be refunded only when notice is given 48 hours before the event. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded due to holding and costs associated with the event. Ticket fees will not be refunded except for event cancellations made by Renault. In case of weather or other cause where there is a need to cancel or amend an event, Renault will contact the ticket holders via email by the morning of the event date. In the case of a "no show" by a ticket holder without prior notice given, tickets will not be refunded.
