Can my school system pay registration fees by check instead of credit card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At check out, click pay by check as the payment option. Make your check payable to Tennessee Skyward User's Group and mail to: TNSUG, c/o Jenifer Van Dyke, 7536 Glastonbury Rd, Knoxville, TN 37931. Please email jhvandyke@ortn.edu to request an invoice.

Can I register multiple attendees for the conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can register multiple attendees. Choose the number of people you want to register from the drop-down box next to the ticket type. The drop-down list shows a maximum of 20. If you have more than 20 attendees, you will need to process them on a separate registration.

Question 3

What is the registration refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Please reference the TNSUG website for the refund policy.  If requesting a refund, please do so by emailing jhvandyke@ortn.edu.  Please DO NOT request a refund via Eventbright.

Question 4

Will there be wi-fi available at the conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are pleased to announce that wi-fi will be available to all conference participants.

Question 5

Is there a charge for parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Park Vista has a $10 per night charge for parking.

Question 6

Are food/beverages provided as part of my registration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, & a reception on Wednesday as well as breakfast on Thursday. Beverage and snack breaks will also be provided both days. If you have any special dietary needs, please contact Susan Dean at deans@wcschools.com by May 16, 2026.
