The Colorado Brewery Running Series® is about inspiring Coloradans to Be Active, Have Fun, and Give Back.We host 5k/10k/Half Marathon/50k runs that start and end at some of Colorado's best breweries. Participants walk, jog, or run the course, then drink beer! Everyone is invited to enjoy the day’s entertainment: live music, great food, giveaways, and activities with partners and sponsors. Everyone receives a craft brew, and collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item. A portion of the proceeds from each event helps support local Colorado non-profits.We also host the Colorado Virtual Distance Challenge - a quarterly, monthlong virtual challenge that allows you to earn rewards based on the number of miles you run throughout the month.

Join us for The Oktoberfest 5k at Prost Brewing on September 26, 2026, for a 5k run event that starts and ends at this awesome taproom in Northglenn. Run, walk, jog - whatever goes! Complete the course and celebrate with us and a FREE Prost beer or NA beverage at the finish line.Start waves available at 10:00 AM &amp; 10:30 AM. Wear your best Oktoberfest costumes/outfits for a chance to win prizes from the Colorado Brewery Running Series and Prost Brewing!Add on the Oktoberfest 5k T-Shirt at check-out!

Sign up today!Important details:<ul><li>This is an untimed, fun run. All levels of walkers, runners, and joggers are welcome.</li><li>This is an open course, meaning roads will NOT be closed. You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations.</li><li>We create each route to start and end at the brewery and to show off the surrounding neighborhood. The course will be marked with arrows and volunteers to help you know where to go.</li><li>You must bring a valid ID or driver's license. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the event, but you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly. Registered, underage participants will receive a token for a FREE non-alcoholic beverage.</li><li>Our events are rain or shine! If conditions become unsafe to run, we will still hang out and drink beer.</li><li>There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly and dress appropriately for the weather.</li><li>Dogs and strollers are welcome on the course, with care and caution. Please remember - you are running at your own risk on city sidewalks/streets/trails, which might not be suitable for your 4-legged and /or pint-size running buddies. You will also want to check with the brewery to make sure you can abide by their dog / underage policies. Please make the best decision possible for your crew.</li><li>Colorado Brewery Running Series merchandise, including shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, drinkware, and seasonal items will be available at the event.</li><li>There is public parking available. Is public transit an option for you? Check and see if there’s an accessible route nearby.</li><li>Please drink responsibly.
