3/17 Passport to Chile- Wine Club Pairing Dinner

We’re honoring the rich history of Chilean winemaking this month with a celebration of its food, people, and culture. The country has been producing wine since the 16th century and today is known for wines that are both fresh and powerful. We’ll be pouring our Carménère Cabernet alongside traditional Chilean dishes for a vibrant, festive evening that’s not to be missed.

Passport to Chile- Wine Club Dinner Menu ($79 per person):

  • Start Your Evening with a Passionfruit Caipiroska
  • Tortilla de Rescoldo Grilled Flatbread with Roasted Garlic Butter and Chimichurri Roja
  • Shrimp and Tuna Mariscal Frio Chilean-style Ceviche, Avocado, Cucumber, Pickled Red Onion, Passionfruit Salsa Amarilla | Paired with Abrillante
  • Costiilla de Res y Chileno Pebre Braised Short Rib with Pebre Sauce, Garlic Spinach, Butternut Squash, Sweet Corn, and Longaniza Sausage Locro | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive March Wine of the Month: Carménère Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Hazelnut-Almond and Chocolate Alfajor Cake Caramel Craquin Ganache, Dulce de Leche Cream, Fresh Strawberries | Paired with Vin Chocolat Almond
