Utah's EKO Sand Hollow State Park Campout
Join us for the evening at Utah’s Sand Hollow State Park – good vibes, epic views, and outdoor fun!
Ready for an epic outdoor adventure?
Come connect with nature at Sand Hollow State Park! This event is perfect for anyone who loves kayaking, camping, fishing, and making new friends under the stars.
We are offering free primitive camping for the first 40 tents. Please add on the tent site ticket if you would like to reserve a tent site for the evening of April 24th. We have two large group sites that can hold 20 tents per site. We will not be providing any gear or food (beyond some smorez) so please plan accordingly. If you need specific gear for the event, email eko@utah.gov. Please email us if you'd like to get on a waitlist for free camping. If camping is sold-out, feel free to book a site online.
If you arrive early to pick-up trash, your car can enter the state park for free.
You must be accompanied by a kid at this event. We create events for kids to get outside. We hope you will join us!
Things to Pack:
- Lots of water! There is no drinking water at Sand Hollow.
- Sunscreen
- Tent
- Sleeping Bags
- Bug Spray
- Closed-Toed Shoes
- Warm Layers
