Join us to learn about I Am Boundless Inc. and their programs, providing inclusive services for every age and family member!

Please join us for a Virtual Resource Session Via Zoom ! There will be an opportunity for a Q&amp;A as well! This resource session will be focused on programs and services available in central Ohio and statewide for individuals and families with I/DD and/or behavioral health needs, with emphasis on Boundless Health and Boundless@Home. Boundless Health is an inclusive, integrated care health center in Worthington accepting Medicare/Medicaid as well as most private insurances, and their Boundless@Home program is an opportunity for individuals with waivers from their county board of DD to choose their own in-home caregiver and have that person, who could be a parent or a neighbor/community member, receive compensation for their caregiving. It is a great answer to some of the challenges a traditional staffing agency can present and empowers the family/individual to direct their own care.This is a FREE resource session, but registration is required.
