We’re excited to bring this event to life in collaboration with the Central CT Chambers, CT River Valley Chamber, West Hartford Chamber, PYVOT, FLOW, and SPARC for an evening that’s equal parts connection, conversation, and great vibes.

This event is centered around structured speed networking, so you’ll rotate through guided, timed conversations designed to help you meet a wide range of people in a relaxed, well organized way ⏱️
No awkward hovering, no guessing who to approach, and no pressure just real conversations and meaningful connections 🙌

To keep the experience clear and comfortable, each guest will receive a color coded bracelet upon arrival 🎨

🔴 Red In a relationship and here purely for networking
🟡 Yellow It’s complicated and open to conversation
🟢 Green Single and open to both networking and meeting someone new romantically

Please read carefully: Sips and Sparks does NOT conduct background checks, verify identities, or screen participants in any way. Just like any dating app or social platform, it is entirely your responsibility to exercise caution and perform your own due diligence on anyone you meet at our events.

We strongly encourage you to meet in public places for any follow-up dates and never share sensitive personal information (home address, financial details, etc.)

Age Guidelines & Inclusivity
The age range for this event is a general recommendation. We welcome all participants regardless of age or gender and do not verify this information at check-in. Our goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Event Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel events with insufficient registrations. If this happens, you’ll receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another event.

Waitlist Information
When events sell out, join our waitlist through Eventbrite. You’ll receive an email notification when spots become available and can then secure your ticket through our Eventbrite page. Important: Tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite only.

Accessibility Notice

Safety & Liability
By attending, you agree that participation is at your own risk. You release Sips and Sparks LLC, our team, venues, and partners from liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after the event, including from interactions with other participants.

Photography & Social Media
We may take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and having your image used in our marketing materials.

Don’t want to be in photos? Simply let our event host know when you arrive, and we’ll make sure to respect your privacy.

Refund Policy
• 1+ week before event: Full refund guaranteed
• Less than 1 week: No refunds or transfers, but we may be able to provide a discount code for your next event, depending on the circumstances
• Medical emergencies only: Within 1 week, we’ll issue a one-time refund for illness, medical emergency, or death in the family with proper documentation
