Upon attending, entering, being on, at or part of The Vintage Marts you are understanding, agreeing & accepting that you may be photographed, filmed, video (Inside & outside), including voice and you hereby give The Vintage Mart LLC & its affiliates & The Venue the unqualified right to take any such pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image and/or photo (collective "image") without compensation, for boardcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitations or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge he Vintage Mart LLC & its affiliates & The Venue against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your "image".

PERSONAL INFO & EMAIL ADDRESS

We do collect & use all Attendees provided information & any information completed by you on our Giveaway Ticket or other The Vintage Mart promotions, marketing or advertisment and your provided information can be used & is automatically added to our email & database. Sale, Discount or Promotional Offers - The Vintage Mart LLC has sole right & discretion to alter &/or discount and offer other promotional offers at any time without notification or any refund (whole or part) owed to any persons/attendee that may have purchased Tickets previously at a different price or offer or promotion.

By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to be in a public environment & at a public event, knowing there may be potential to &/or exposure. The Vintage Mart would follow any & all requirements issued or required by USA infectious disease control, CDC, HHS, SLTT, NIH, FDA, OSHA & WHO etc. to ensure health & safety for all!

CANCELLATION, DELAY OR ACT OF GOD

Things can & do happen out of hands & control of anyone, including The Vintage Mart LLC & The

If there is any unforseen or unknown situation, circumstance or any delay, cancellation or act of god, The Vintage Mart LLC is hereby waived & released by force majeure & Act of God laws.

We will take any & all appropriate & needed actions to ensure the safety & well being of all person/s, that is our First & Top Priority!

If any such cancellation, delay or Act of God interferres with hosting The Vintage Mart, we would do our best, if able & possible to continue to host the Mart. If for some reasons outside of our control we are unable to host or continue to host The Vintage Mart, because of these unknown situations/circumstances or acts of god, then The Vintage Mart and The Venue is hereby waived & released of any & all liability & responsibility to any & all claims or actions arising out of attending or being part of, at or on in any position, role or function including but not limited to loss, losses, damage, harm, fines, tickets, repair, cancellation, delay, sickness, injury or death!

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Business decisions must be based soleyly on what is best for The Vintage Mart and not improperly influenced by personal, family or other businesses or business interests. All persons are expected to avoid conflicts of interest that could be detrimental to The Vintage Mart. In addition, all persons are expected to respect The Vintage Mart conflicts of interest with respect to their dealings with The Vintage Mart LLC & its affilates.

A "conflict of interest" exists when a person's private or own business interests interferes in any way with the interests of The Vintage Mart or makes it difficult for us to perform, host or produce The Vintage Mart. Conflicts of interest are prohibited as a matter of company policy, unless disclosed and you notify us in writing & get approved in writing by The Vintage Mart LLC prior to being part of, attending in any role or position. Any persons & companies must disclose potential conflicts to The Vintage Mart, so we can made a decision to the conflict & any direct/indirect conflicts, harm or losses.
