<h3>*****ATTENTION******* DATE CHANGE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER</h3> <h3>****DATE HAS BEEN MOVED TO FEB. 21, 2026 SAME TIME!</h3> <h2>🌱 Youth Mental Health &amp; Empowerment Experience</h2> A Free Community Event for All Youth AgesThis impactful community experience is brought to you by The LCBE Project (Lead Change By Being the Example)and is a direct reflection of our mission—to empower youth, uplift their voices, and create spaces where healing, leadership, and purpose can grow.We are bringing together licensed therapists, authors, and community leaders to engage youth in meaningful conversations surrounding mental health, emotional wellness, self-confidence, and personal growth. This event is designed to meet youth where they are while encouraging them to show up as their best selves.This experience is about unity, empowerment, and action—bringing youth together to learn, connect, and do amazing things within their communities and beyond.A special addition to this event is The Parents’ Corner—a dedicated space for parents and guardians to come together, share experiences, and discuss the challenges that may arise when supporting a child who is facing mental health struggles. This space will also acknowledge and support parents who may be managing their own mental health concerns, fostering understanding, encouragement, and community.<h3>🎤 What to Expect:</h3><ul><li>Insightful and age-appropriate discussions led by mental health professionals, authors, and leaders</li><li>Tools and conversations centered on mental wellness, coping skills, confidence, and leadership</li><li>A supportive, high-energy environment that prioritizes youth voices and community impact.</li></ul><h3>🎥 Important Event Notice:</h3>This event will be filmed. To maintain the integrity of the experience and filming, doors will close once the event begins. We encourage all attendees to arrive early. Youth will be served free hotdogs, chips and water. Catered Meals available: Chicken/Sausage Gumbo bowls ($12/ $15)Cajun Chicken Paster plate ($15)Desserts: Red Velvet Cake / Brownies ($5)Proceeds support the LCBE Project and their Proceeds from this event will support The LCBE Project and its youth-focused community resources and events. Funds raised will be used to strengthen programs that promote youth wellness, education, and personal development through community-based initiatives.Specifically, proceeds will support:<ul><li>Youth-centered community resources and outreach initiatives</li><li>Educational, enrichment, and wellness events for youth and families</li><li>Program materials, supplies, and event-related expenses</li><li>Facility usage, logistics, and operational costs directly tied to youth programming</li><li>Expansion of accessible community events and support services under The LCBE Project</li></ul>All proceeds will be used to further The LCBE Project’s mission of empowering youth through holistic, community-driven programs and resources.
