Men's Mental Health Circle (April 4th)
A grounded, in-person space for men to have honest conversations about mental health, build resilience, and support one another.
Welcome to the Circle
Men’s Mental Health Circle
Join us for a supportive, in person Men’s Mental Health Circle hosted by The Man In Me at our North Austin location.
Austin Community College – Highland Campus
6101 Highland Campus Drive, Austin, TX 78752
Building 4000 | Room 4.2206
Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) Center
For more than a decade, The Man In Me has created spaces where men can show up honestly, build emotional strength, and reconnect with themselves and others. Our circles provide a grounded and judgment free environment for men to explore mental health in practical and real world ways.
Conversations in the circle may include topics such as:
Managing stress and emotional pressure
Building healthy coping strategies
Mental wellness, resilience, and self awareness
Navigating life, relationships, and responsibility as men
Circles are facilitated by experienced professionals and community practitioners who understand the realities men face today. This is not therapy and not a lecture. It is a space for reflection, honest conversation, and growth.
Whether you are carrying a lot or simply want to be more intentional about your mental well being, you are welcome here.
Held in person on the first Saturday of every month.
Registration is required and space is limited.
