Pulse & Presence is a monthly 9D Breathwork journey guided by Christina Oliva, founder of Vitality Wellness Sanctuary and creator of the Elemental Regulation Method™.
Using spatial sound, music, and guided breath, 9D creates a multi-dimensional environment that allows the nervous system to safely release stored stress, emotional tension, and mental overload.

• Opening grounding and orientation
• A guided 9D sound + breath journey
• Integration time for rest, journaling, and reflection
• Gentle closing and aftercare guidance
