Chair Yoga at Ethical Culture

Led by Sara Jane, whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are welcome!

Sara Jane has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than two decades. Trained in India in 2009, she brings a deep, compassionate approach to teaching and a gift for meeting students exactly where they are.

Beginning Friday January 9 at 11:00am, she will offer weekly chair yoga at NYSEC. Her classes are gentle, accessible and tailored to the needs and requests of participants. Sessions may include:

• Balance and stability work
• Stress reduction techniques
• Gentle movement for easing physical or emotional discomfort
• Practices that support healthy aging
• Deep Relaxation

Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are welcome. No equipment needed. Come join us!

Classes are $10 per session for members and $15 per session for non-members
