The South Side & Friends Guest Chef Series continues with a celebration of luxury reimagined. Chef Dominique Leach of Lexington Betty Smokehouse welcomes the Founder of Caviar Dream, Kendra Anderson, for a one-night-only dinner that’s indulgent and unapologetically fun.
Founded in 2024, Caviar Dream was the first Black- and female-owned nationally distributed caviar company in the United States and has transformed the way we experience this iconic delicacy. Kendra, a serial entrepreneur, Advanced Sommelier, chef, and award-winning restaurant + bar owner, launched the company in 2024 with a mission to make caviar more accessible, inclusive, and joyful.
For this collaborative dinner, Dominique and Kendra will come together for a multi-course experience featuring thoughtful bites, unexpected caviar pairings, and a lively room that proves luxury doesn’t have to be formal — or exclusionary.
We’re also partnering with award-winning de-alcoholized wine Nouvie, a new Chicago-based and women-owned brand bringing a refreshing wine experience that celebrates wellness and mindful choices. They’ll be pouring bubbles and mixing up some no-and-low ABV cocktails to pair with dinner.
Please note that the event space is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building.
Doors open at 6:00 PM and the first course is served at 6:30 PM.
