The South Side & Friends Guest Chef Series continues with a true Chicago icon. Chef Dominique Leach of Lexington Betty Smokehouse welcomes Maya Camille Broussard, chef and owner of the beloved South Side bakery Justice of the Pies, for the second dinner in the series.

Known nationally as the Flavor Maven on Netflix’s Bake Squad, Maya Camille is an acclaimed author, James Beard Award finalist, Esquire Pastry Chef of the Year, and the visionary behind one of Chicago’s most impactful food businesses. Justice of the Pies is more than a bakery. It is a social mission and a celebration of community, equity, and joy through food.

For one night only, Dominique and Maya Camille come together for a collaborative multi-course dinner celebrating both sweet and savory through bold flavors and thoughtful technique.
