Positive Deviance NYC presents its first annual Author Talk + Vendor Fair featuring Bobbito García with Roya Marsh, Isabel Attyah Flower, and Marcel Rosa-Salas (co-authors of The Nameplate: Jewelry, Culture, and Identity)
Together, they will dig into the craft of storytelling: where our stories come from, how they’re shaped through research, writing, and revision, and how identity, personhood, and place show up on the page.

We’ll be raffling off signed copies of the featured authors. books. Every attendee gets one free entry at the door. Winners announced around 6:30pm.
