What is flavor, really? We know that taste and smell work together to create flavor, but how does it work?

In this class we’ll explore flavors, from the five tastes you know (and 20+ more you don’t), to the nearly infinite aromas we can sense from hundreds of smell receptors. We’ll look deeper into how our taste buds work, how to trick them, how to concentrate and maximize food flavors, and how to create and transform flavors to become better cooks.

Come prepared to smell and taste and experience flavors in ways you never have before!
