1. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be a US citizen or legal resident and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Philanthropy Tank, Inc., and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner will receive a private dining experience prepared by the Country Club at Mirasol Executive Chef Michael Crain, Hell’s Kitchen Season 22 winner Ryan O’Sullivan, and Hell’s Kitchen Season 23 finalist Egypt Davis. The experience is designed for up to ten (10) guests and will take place at a mutually agreed-upon date and location in Palm Beach County, subject to chef availability. Menu, date, time, and other details are at the discretion of the chefs and Sponsor. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the Philanthropy Tank 11th Annual Finals Event on March 24, 2026. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The winner need not be present at the March 24 Finals Event to win. If the selected winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period of time or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the prize.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Philanthropy Tank, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or contribution is required to enter or win this drawing. A purchase or contribution will not improve your chances of winning.

Participants may enter the raffle drawing by making an optional suggested donation for tickets at the following rates:

  • 6 tickets for $500
  • 12 tickets for $1,000
