Katie Krier is a spiritual wellness coach helping people who’ve stepped away from religion go from lost and uncertain to clear, grounded, and connected through a practical, non-religious approach to spirituality that’s free of dogma and “woo.” Her work supports those navigating faith transitions and exploring what it means to live with meaning beyond the beliefs they were raised in.After walking through her own faith deconstruction and subsequent reconstruction, she understands how disorienting it can feel when your foundation disappears. Now she guides others in creating a spiritual framework that feels real, steady, and entirely their own.With nearly two decades of teaching yoga and meditation, a background in corporate leadership and sales, and a BA in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, Katie brings both structure and soul to the process of rebuilding a meaningful spiritual life.Based in Denver, Colorado, Katie is also a proud single mom to her teenage daughter, Emma.
