What should I wear?

Please wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. You may start to feel cooler as you relax. Please bring a pair of socks if wearing sandals.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. Eye masks are welcome. A yoga mat, blanket, and bolster will be provided for your comfort.

Question 3

Do I have to lay on the floor for the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Your choice. We have reclining chairs (zero gravity chairs) if you prefer not to lay on a mat. Please let us know ahead of the class, on your registration form, if you'd like a recliner chair.

Feeling sick?

Accepted Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our small studio, please do not attend class if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Attending class while sick can spread your illness to classmates. Many individuals come to this space to relax and heal, so let's be considerate of others' well-being.
