This event is designed for children ages 3–7 and their parent or caregiver. Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Do children need prior yoga experience?

No experience is needed. The class is beginner-friendly and designed to be playful, engaging, and accessible for all children.

Is this event sensory-friendly?

Yes. This event is designed to be sensory-friendly and inclusive. Music will be used, but at a child-appropriate volume, and children are free to move, rest, or participate at their comfort level.

What should we bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Comfortable clothing and water are also recommended.

Will parents participate in the yoga session?

Parents and caregivers are welcome to observe or participate alongside their child during the movement portion. A brief parenting lesson will follow the yoga session.

What is the parenting lesson about?

The parenting lesson, led by Minority Behavioral Health Group, will focus on practical strategies to support emotional regulation and coping skills at home.

Yes. This is a free community event. Donations are appreciated to help support future emotional wellness programming.
