Exhibitor Setup
Expo suppliers may enter Newcomb Hall starting at 9:00 am for setup. There will be volunteers on hand to direct you from the Central Grounds Parking Garage to the Newcomb Hall Ballroom. Please note: while there are elevators in the garage and Newcomb Hall, the two are not connected and there is a ~7 minute walk between them. If you require accommodation to get between buildings, please contact supplierdiversity@virginia.edu in advance of the event.
