Tamy, owner of <a href="https://macaboston.com" title="https://macaboston.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Maca Boston</a> located just a few doors down from the brewery, was recently diagnosed with leukemia. She is a beloved part of the community and has brought sweetness into all of our lives so we are teaming up to give back to her in an intentional way. Join Andrea Savino for this hour long, beginner friendly yoga session with options to both modify and add challenge. There will be a focus on the breath and body, which will leave you feeling grounded and relaxed as you continue on with your weekend.
