Spiritual Insights to Set Godly Limits with People Who Pull On You Without Allowing Yourself To Be Pressured, Gaslit or Guilt-Tripped

In a world that often misinterprets "kindness" as "unlimited access & 24-hour availability," learning to set boundaries is an act of self-care and spiritual stewardship. Boundaries & Discernment: is designed for those who feel drained by difficult boundary dynamics and are ready to reclaim their emotional energy, time and peace.

If you find yourself saying "yes" when you really want to say "no" ...out of a sense of guilt, pressure or even religious obligation, this workshop is for you.

Many kind-hearted people struggle to balance helping others with the need for sustainable self-care, resource-management and stewarding what God gave you to manage and grow.

In this 2-hour intensive, we’ll dive into Boundaries & Discernment, teaching you how to distinguish between lending a helping hand when you can and you're led by God vs letting people constantly pull on you or take advantage of you to the point of toxic self-drain. You will walk away with a Biblical toolkit to identify when a connection is starting to drain you or is simply no longer fruitful and the confidence to set godly limits—free from the weight of gaslighting, game-playing or guilt.

Here's What You’ll Learn In This ZOOM Workshop

  1. The Biblical "Why" Behind Mandatory Boundaries: Discover how setting boundaries is an act of faithful stewardship and obedience to God's will for your life, not a failure to be "kind" or "loving" according to other people's opinions and standards.
  2. From Guilt to Grace: Learn to distinguish between God-led compassion and people-pleasing fueled by guilt, pressure, or gaslighting and how to release the guilt associated with saying "no."
  3. The Discernment to Detect Drain: Gain a practical, scriptural framework to identify when a relationship is shifting from being mutually fruitful to becoming toxically draining or exploitative.
  4. Communicate Your Boundaries With Greater Clarity, Courage & Confidence: Develop clear, gracious, and firm language to communicate your God-honoring limits without 0ver-apologizing, over-explaining, or minimizing your needs
  5. Stewardship of Your Resources Without Letting Guilt Drive Your Decisions: Create a personal plan to protect your emotional energy and time, ensuring you have the mental, emotional and physical resources to fulfill your true calling without burning yourself out.
