All our events are run in a rapid-interview format, this allows you to meet as many candidates as possible. We usually will kick off the event with some speakers and have open networking towards the end of the interviews.

Our team has over 15 years of technical recruiting experience and draws candidates from our pool of over 100,000+ members worldwide. In addition, we have a dedicated sourcing team to find and curate more candidates outside of our network.

How do you ensure quality?

Our events are invite-only to ensure quality candidates. In addition our sourcing team curates the list to ensure candidates are qualified and relevant.

Do you collect a commission?

We do not collect placement fees or anything outside of the ticket price.
