Dry January doesn’t have to mean boring drinks or sitting on the sidelines. Join us for "Zero Proof, Full Craft", an interactive mocktail class designed for anyone curious about elevated, non-alcoholic cocktails that still feel intentional, complex, and worth savoring.

During this hands-on experience, you’ll join our amazing bar team to learn the building blocks of great zero-proof drinks; from balancing acidity and sweetness to layering botanicals, bitters, and textures that give a cocktail its soul (without the alcohol). Our crew will guide you through techniques used in our own non-alcoholic program, showing how thoughtful ingredients and proper technique can turn a mocktail into a moment.

You’ll mix, taste, and refine several drinks throughout the event, pick up practical skills you can use at home, and leave with a deeper appreciation for what a truly great NA cocktail can be.
