Urban Abbey Appreciation Night

In Partnership with Urban Abbey

Friday, May 22 | 6:45pm | BLUEBARN Lobby

A Chorus Line: big numbers, and intimate looks into the lives of 22 artists looking for something. A place they can be themselves. A place they can be a part of something bigger. Craving a place to Belong.

Which is why we chose to celebrate this final show of the season with Urban Abbey. A longtime partner of the BLUEBARN, Urban Abbey has created a space of inclusion and hospitality, building relationships and community in the neighborhoods and the city of Omaha. They serve as a hub for professionals and students, a safe space for meaningful events, and a home for modern worship.

Come celebrate, learn more about, and recognize our longtime friend and the spirit of Belonging.

A QLI Sensation

Community Outreach In Partnership with QLI (Quality Living Inc)

Monday, April 13 and throughout the run of A Chorus Line

Locations: Quality Living Inc. (QLI) and BLUEBARN Theatre

Hats up – and from the top. In April, individuals and staff from QLI along with community members created their own QLI Sensation. Working with Chorus Line choreographer, Melanie Epps, and Director of Equitable Access, Carrie Nath, these dancers created their own grand finale – and it is second to none! Footage from the rehearsal and the final number will play in the lobby of BLUEBARN throughout the run of the show.

Since 1990, QLI has led the nation in delivering life-changing rehabilitation and care. More than a center of excellence whose relentless experts push the boundaries of rehab with cutting-edge technology and industry-forwarding research, QLI puts real-world skills and real-world passions first. Injuries aren’t the focus of our mission at QLI – people are. That means anchoring rehabilitation around who a person is and who they can still be.
