Perfect for beginners and budding bakers alike, this workshop invites you to join Chef Mikaela as she guides you through the fundamentals of creating Ellie’s signature macarons, from mixing and piping smooth, even shells to achieving the perfect bake.

In this Mother’s Day edition, you’ll learn how to hand-paint delicate edible flowers using food-safe paints and brushes. Explore simple brush techniques and floral designs that make each macaron a little work of art—perfect for gifting or sharing at a Mother’s Day brunch. You’ll also whip up a silky Italian meringue buttercream and craft fillings that complement your botanical designs.

By the end of class, you’ll leave with a beautiful batch of floral macarons and the confidence to recreate them at home, an elegant, thoughtful gift from the heart for Mom or anyone you cherish.
