What is a breathwork journey?

This is a guided, live virtual breathwork experience designed to help you move past your monkey mind to activate the wisdom of your body. Through intentional breathing, music, movement, sound, and facilitation, you’ll enter a deeper, more embodied state of awareness.

Do I need prior breathwork experience?

Accepted Answer

No experience is needed. This journey is beginner-friendly while still being powerful for those who have practiced breathwork before. You’ll be guided the entire time.

Question 3

Is Breathwork Safe?

Accepted Answer

Breathwork is generally safe for most people, but it is not recommended if you are pregnant or have a history of: Severe cardiovascular disease, Epilepsy or seizures, Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, Recent surgery or serious injury. If you’re unsure, please consult with your healthcare provider.

What do I need to prepare?

Accepted Answer

Avoid heavy meals for at least 1–2 hours before your session. Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs beforehand (and for the rest of the evening!). Wear comfortable clothing. Come with an open mind and a willingness to listen to your body.
