Where do we meet?

Meeting spot is at Café de Olla at 3388 19th Street, near the corner of 19th and Mission Street. You may wait inside or sit outside once they've opened and set up. Let them know you are there for the Tour. If you arrive early, feel free to order food! They serve Oaxacan bites and tamales!

Can I book a private tour?

Yes! M﻿ake any gathering and event special by booking a private tour for a group of 10 or more! Contact us directly via email at missionloteria@gmail.com.

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Please note, no-shows and cancellations >48 hours are considered forfeited. Rescheduling will only be considered for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the tour guide and based on availability.

Is coffee or food inlcuded?

Accepted Answer

YES! Enjoy a small tasting at each stop. You are encouraged to purchase additional drinks and pastries on the route (guests get 10% their purchases while on the tour).

Can we buy coffee or food?

Yes! Also, all Cafecito Tour guests will receive 10% off on coffee, pastries, or coffee beans when they make a purchase during the tour.

Should I bring my own cup?

We do encourage guests to bring their own reusable cup or mug. It's fun to see everyone's unique style through the mugs they bring! This is not a requirement. There are disposable cups available for each tasting.

Is this tour pet friendly?

Pets are welcome, but some stops only allow them in their outdoor patio areas. During busy times, you may be asked to step outside with your pet if space is limited. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, and we appreciate your flexibility so we can keep the experience smooth for everyone.

Are kids free?

Accepted Answer

Kids can join for free, with no tastings. Since tastings are built into the experience, we don’t automatically include them for children (as many don’t participate in coffee tastings). However, if your child would like to enjoy the tastings, we kindly ask that you purchase a ticket for them.
