From burrata to Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola to Taleggio… Italy is one of the world’s most incredible cheese destinations. In this guided tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to explore four exemplary Italian cheeses and perfectly paired wines, including crisp whites and bold reds. You’ll get a primer on the rich world of Italian cheese and wine, all made in deliciously diverse regions, and leave with a better understanding how to pair them for true Italian bliss. Duration: 1.5 hours Format: guided tasting with a Murray’s expert in our classroom Includes: 4 Italian cheeses, signature accompaniments Beverages: 4 Italian wines Additional InformationIn-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store.
