Taught by a Murray's affineur, this expert will guide you through a tasting of exceptional cheeses representing six cheese families, delving into everything from rind development to milk type. Expect a lively discussion of flavor and texture between sips of house wine. You’ll leave with a newfound understanding of cheese—how it’s made, what creates each unique variety, and why your favorites taste so good.Duration: 1.5 hours Format: guided tasting with a Murray’s expert in our classroom Includes: 6 cheeses, signature accompaniments Beverages: red and white wineAdditional Information In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
