Celebrate Earth Month! Learn the art of sweet and savory pairing in this guided tasting of cheese and honey.

Cheese on its own is delicious—we all know that. But pairings can make the unique flavors and textures of cheese come to life. In this special Earth Month edition pairing class, we’ll dive into Murray’s tried-and-tested pairing principles with makers that put a spotlight on sustainability through regenerative agriculture, ethical sourcing, and sustainable packaging. We’ll explore the surprising diversity of honey and the stories behind these unique cheeses as you enjoy new flavors (and pours of house wine and prosecco).

· Includes: 4 cheeses, 4 honeys, signature accompaniments

In-person classes take place in the classrooms at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
