He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today's Best Chef in Bluffton. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!

THE LOCATIONHewitt Oaks is just five minutes from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. The Valentine's Gourmet Dinner will be served in the Lowcountry elegance of Gracie Ballroom, a double-height space with grand fireplace and balcony. THE DETAILSTable reservations for the Gourmet Valentine's Dinner are available for 2, 4, 6, or 8 so you can all sit together! Cost is $249 per couple + tax. Gratuity may be made evening of with cash, check or Venmo. 21 and over only.
