Adult Mental Health First Aid

Join us to learn about the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges in adults.

Certification in Mental Health First Aid will be attained upon completion of this training.

**This is a "blended" course. A 2-hour self-paced training is required to be completed prior to the in-person class. All of the materials and links will be provided to you.

You will learn:

-The prevalence of mental illness in the U.S. and the emotional and economic cost.

-The potential warning signs and risk factors for mental health challenges and crisis.

-A 5-step action plan to help an individual in crisis connect to professional care.

-Resources available to help someone with a mental health problem.
