Join <a href="https://movementforchoice.org/" title="https://movementforchoice.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Movement for Choice</a> for a donation-based yoga class at <a href="https://www.mimiriegeryoga.com/" title="https://www.mimiriegeryoga.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mimi Rieger Yoga</a> on Sunday, January 25th, from 2:00-3:00 PM, led by Sarah Sterner, to support <a href="https://ayuda.com/" title="https://ayuda.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ayuda’s</a> support for immigrant families.Proceeds from this class will directly support <a href="https://ayuda.com/" title="https://ayuda.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ayuda</a>, to support Ayuda's free services for immigrant families throughout Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.M4C's mission is grounded in the belief that reproductive justice requires legal safety, economic security, and the freedom to live without fear.
