What does "all-levels" mean?

This class is designed to be engaging and accessible to both beginner and advanced yogis. Throughout class the instructor will offer modifications for intermediate poses, and encourage students to listen to their body and adjust accordingly. Yoga should feel good, especially in a brewery!
