This gathering is specifically for mothers who have experienced pregnancy loss or infant loss. Angel Mamas at any stage of their grief journey are welcome.

Do I have to share my story or speak?

No. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen, sit quietly, or participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

Can I bring a support person?

Yes. Partners, trusted family members, or close friends are welcome to attend as support.

Is this a support group or therapy session?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a community circle and orientation-style gathering. While support and connection are offered, this is not a therapy session or clinical support group.

What will happen during the circle?

The circle will include a warm welcome, a brief overview of Tiny Hearts Remembered programs and resources, gentle community connection, and an optional reflection activity. There is no pressure to participate in any activity. This circle helps us continue services for the community.

Yes. We ask all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of everyone in the space.

Just yourself. All materials and resources will be provided.

Registration is encouraged to help us prepare materials, but walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
