Join us for an exciting on-line event beginning on May 16. This orientation is designed for:

• Training Facilitators with little or no experience in actually facilitating an Initial Equipping.

OR

• Healing Group Facilitators who are considering pursuing the path to becoming a Training Facilitator. Although this workshop will not give facilitator certifications, it could be a helpful step in your journey to becoming a Training Facilitator, should this fit your callings or capacities.

During this interactive session, we will cover essential skills and techniques necessary to effectively guide and engage participants in an Initial Equipping. Our experienced trainers will provide you with valuable insights and practical tips to maximize learning and create safe and inclusive environment.

Whether you are a seasoned facilitator or new to the role, this orientation is designed to provide practice and hands-on interaction with the Initial Equipping curriculum. We will be holding a Training Facilitator Orientation (on how to facilitate an Initial Equipping) for approximately 12 hours.

• Saturday, May 16, 8 AM - 2 PM Central Time
• Saturday, May 23, 8 AM - 2 PM Central Time

This approximately 12-hour seminar (plus breaks) will give opportunities to practice and learn more about facilitating an Initial Equipping. The expectation is for the participants to attend the entire Orientation.
