What is admission?

Accepted Answer

Admission is $5 per person. Youth age 12 and under have free admission -- only two chidren per paid adult.

What are the costs of the food samples?

Accepted Answer

Food samplings are $5 each. Full-priced meals are available from some vendors.

Vendor Question: Can food vendors have full meals for sale?

Accepted Answer

Yes, food vendors can have full meals for sale at their regular prices, but MUST have at least one $5 sampling. It is good to have 1-3 samplings.

Vendor Question: What do you consider food?

Accepted Answer

Food vendors will provide all types of food - Black American, African, Jamaican, Haitian, the Black diaspora dishes, as well as drinks, desserts, snacks, nutritional bars ... if it goes in your mouth to be digested, we consider it food. All vendors must have $5 samplings.

Vendor Question: How many people from my business can I bring?

Accepted Answer

You can have up to two people at your table. But please invite all of your staff, family and customers to come out and support you at the event. It is only $5 per person to attend.
