Yes! This is a self paced class.

What do I need for class?

All you need for class is great energy! This is a mostly bodyweight class. We suggest bringing water and maybe a towel.

Yes! Your kids, no matter what age, are welcomed to come but please be mindful that the music we play is not censored.

Class starts at10:45AM and will be 45 minutes - 1 hour long. We will be ending class no later than 11:45AM
