Any sacred objects (crystals, tarot cards, meaningful items)- for our group altar
A yoga mat, blanket or cushion for comfortable sitting (we'll be in the grass)
Water or herbal tea
(Optional) Wear cozy or ceremonial attire that makes you feel empowered
