What is your BYOB policy?

Guests 21+ may bring alcoholic beverages. Please bring your own cups, ice, and openers. Drinks must remain sealed in the parking lot and can only be enjoyed inside. Follow all TABC rules and drink responsibly. Please see our Show & Ticket FAQ page for details! https://www.stationtheater.com/faq

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Show tickets and classes are NONREFUNDABLE. With advance notice, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another person or show. Please email info@stationtheater.com as soon as possible.

When do doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors open 10 minutes before showtime. Doors open 10 minutes before showtime. The building doors close at 6:00 pm. We will have a staff member at the door until 15 minutes after the show starts to let you in. Seating is first come, first served.

Question 6

I am running late. The parking gate is closed and I can't get into the building. What do I do?

Please call or text 832.786.0413 for a parking gate code. Someone will meet you at the building entrance to let you in. If you are unable to reach anyone at this number, please text 512.689.3729.
