Ed and his wife, Claudia, opened the first certified farm-to-table restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire in 2010—Republic Cafe in Manchester. In 2012, they were James Beard National Semi-Finalists for Best Restaurateurs. Since leaving the day-to-day operations of his restaurants, Ed has established a hospitality consulting company, has been a sought-after guest chef, and recently published his first book of fiction short stories.<h2>Featuring: Chef Maria Sinskey</h2>Chef &amp; Winemaker Maria Sinskey is a classically trained chef and acclaimed author based in Napa Valley. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, she has cooked in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and led kitchens at notable San Francisco spots including Blue Light Café, the Sherman House (Relais &amp; Châteaux), and Plumpjack Café. She’s earned honors such as Food &amp; Wine Best New Chef and multiple “Rising Star Chef” awards, and today cooks at Robert Sinskey Vineyards, gardens organically, teaches, and writes.
