**PLEASE READ ALL INFO BELOW**Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before start time to find a spot and settle into the space, doors will be locked a few minutes past start time.The Dome is located at the end of Hartman St off of Laporte Ave east of the intersection of Laporte &amp; N Overland Trl. Putting in 105 Hartman St. into your GPS will get you close. Zach's soundbaths are the perfect opportunity to rest and unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life.During this in-person event, you'll be enveloped in a symphony of healing sounds, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, calming your mind and rejuvenating your body. What is Sound Healing?Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that has been used for thousands of years to help bring balance, healing, and relaxation to the body and mind through the use of different vibrational frequencies emitted from various instruments like crystal and Tibetan metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. Sound penetrates the body down to a cellular level helping to bring balance to the nervous system, and allow your body’s natural healing systems to come online more easily.  A few benefits of sound healing:-reduces stress-better sleep-relaxation-helps calm the anxious mind-helps balance the nervous system-helps release “stuck” energy and emotions-eases tension and helps alleviate pain in the body
