Parkside Birder Club Mixology Classes with Expert Bartenders

Monthly Mixology Classes at Vista Parkside Market featuring a different brand each month!

Join us at Vista Parkside Market! Learn the tips and tricks from our expert bartenders and choose Vista's next cocktail of the month!

Vista bartenders will present 3 cocktails to the guests. Guests will taste test and vote for their favorite one. Bartenders will then teach the group how to make the winning cocktail. The winning cocktail will be featured on the Vista menu for the next month! At the end of the year (2026), the best performing cocktail throughout the year will be permanently added to the menu for the next year. Year end winning group will get a customized prize from Parkside!

Ticket includes: Welcome cocktail (previous months winner!), 3 cocktails to taste, ingredients for making the winning cocktail, $20 discount card, Parkside Birders pin, a take home tiki glass, 1 Parkside Market Coffee and light brunch bites.
